n8 Talent is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to lead the UK portfolio for a fast-scaling Con Tech Saa S startup.

This founding-style role is the first dedicated UK hire, owning onboarding through renewal and expansion for UK customers.

You’ll build executive relationships, collaborate with the US-based Product and Sales teams, and drive revenue growth while supporting day-to-day platform usage across contractors and engineers.

Fully remote within the UK with Midlands-based preference.
