Senior Digital Specialist – Broad digital – cutting-edge technology
Location: Royston – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

N8 have been exclusively instructed in the search for arevenue focused Senior Digital Specialist, ready to take ownership of an overall digital marketing setup for a pioneering and well invested tech company.
The business in question is a clear market leader, with annual revenues exceeding £80m+
They offer an outstanding business culture, hybrid and flexible working and this role sits in an extremely successful and forward thinking marketing function.
They\’re now seeking a talented digital focused individual to drive digital performance and uphold best practice across all key channels. The opportunity & the day to day:
- Own paid digital channels: Take the lead on strategy, execution, and optimisation across PaidSearch (Google/Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (predominantly LinkedIn), guiding content, targeting, and spend to deliver maximum ROI.
- Drive SEO performance: Be the key driver of the company\’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO)strategy, guiding content direction and monitoring performance to secure top rankings for industry terms. This one is content population rather than \’content generation\’.
- Campaign management: Contribute to the end-to-end development and execution of global digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels (website, search, social, CRM).
- Platform expertise: Act as the day-to-day lead for the HubSpot platform as it ties into paid and organic activity, ensuring optimal performance and integration. Any experience of automation is appreciated, though, not essential.
- Reporting & insights: Collaborate on core reporting, developing and maintaining insightful dashboards to track and analyse channel performance and guide strategic decisions.
- Global best practice: Ensure all activities are compliant with worldwide regulations, including strict data privacy standards and contribute to the evolution of digital brand standards.
- Project leadership: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in evaluating and implementing new channels, technologies, and third-party solutions to boost efficiency and reach.
In order to be considered for this role you\’ll need to be in a reasonable commuting distance from Royston and have the ability to work in the office location for three days per week. Please note that we genuinely are looking for someone with a purest digital marketing background. The role is broad and touches all areas of digital…. Paid, SEO, campaigns, content and build.
