We're working with a specialist solutions provider to find a Sales Account Manager ready to take full ownership of the UK and Ireland. This isn't a hand-holding role. There's no micromanagement. Just a strong product, a loyal customer base, and a wide open territory waiting for the right person to run with it.

You'll be selling technical solutions to facilities, operations and procurement decision makers, building your own pipeline, shaping your own account strategy, and becoming the trusted face of the business across the UK.

Please note - this role has considerable UK wide travel.

What the day to day looks like:

  • Owning a territory - Working with the key accounts and growing existing revenue, with a little bit of new business involved
  • Building meaningful relationships with key decision makers at all levels
  • Getting under the skin of customer challenges and positioning solutions that genuinely solve problems
  • Delivering product demonstrations and onsite technical support where needed
  • Keeping your pipeline clean, your forecasting sharp and your CRM honest

The profile we're looking for:

  • A field sales professional with 5+ years of technical or solutions based selling
  • Sector experience across facilities, industrial, or chemical adjacent markets
  • Someone who's equally comfortable winning new business as they are nurturing long-term accounts
  • Technically curious, you don't need to be an engineer but you need to speak the language
  • A self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next
  • Clean UK driving licence — non-negotiable

Why it's worth a look:

  • Real autonomy — you run your patch, your way
  • Uncapped earning potential on top of a strong base
