You’ll lead UK-focused marketing initiatives designed to generate pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, and improve market visibility. The business has a strong international presence and an established enterprise client base, with significant investment being made into UK growth.
What this role requires:
- Driving campaign performance across email, paid media, partner channels, and content

- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to contribute ideas around positioning, market opportunities, and channel strategy
- Supporting the launch and growth of new service offerings within the UK market
- Planning and running UK-based events, dinners, and trade show activity
- Strong copywriting and campaign messaging skills; thought leadership exposure would be ideal
- Work closely with sales to ensure a combined GTM ethos is upheld
- Ownership of post-event marketing conversions
- A genuine 'growth' mindset, and the ability to identify where new marketing initiatives can be launched for the UK
Our essentials for this search:

- Strong digital awareness and knowledge of digital platforms, including exposure to automation (HubSpot ideally)
- Experience with demand generation tactics (not necessarily from a strategic role already)
- Commercially focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys execution, ownership, and continuous optimisation, while working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
