Commercial Scaling - GTM Sales & Marketing Recruitment (Head of Growth)
Hybrid â 2 to 3 days in London
Full time â Selfâservice SaaS experience essential.
ÂŁ110,000 â ÂŁ130,000 plus outstanding benefits, share pay scheme.
This role is geared entirely around PLG motion, and we are in need of a candidate sitting somewhere between Product and Marketing for this critical hire. We are not looking for someone working as a pure Head of Product (building features) or a Head of Marketing (generating leads). The product is the 'salesperson', so we are looking for a leadership figure to manage the process of building selfâservice revenue engines.
This position requires someone coming from another SaaS growth focused role, ideally within the selfâserve product space. The role will be varied, focusing on continual improvement and engagement nurturing.
Key Responsibilities- Product Orientation: Own the 'aha moment' â use Product Engagement Score (PES) and design inâproduct experiments to drive activation.
- Revenue vs. Traffic: Focus on big uplift in selfâservice ARR, manage Growth Engineering: onboarding flows, migration, automated expansion campaigns to build product appreciation.
- Bridge gap between commercial ROI and product usage; understand PLG motion; communicate with customers using product information and key features; mitigate churn via usage data; conduct A/B testing inâapp onboarding flows.
- Proven experience in SaaS growth, especially in selfâserve product environments.
- Strong background in product, marketing, or growth roles â blending product sense with user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Dataâdriven mindset: ability to analyze usage data, run experiments, and iterate on findings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Location & Working Model: Hybrid in London â two to three days per week onsite.
Benefits: Competitive salary, share pay scheme, comprehensive benefits package, and equity equivalent cash scheme.
