Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 sales ownership as an individual contributor focused on new business
- Own outbound prospecting and top of the funnel pipeline generation across the UK
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate
- Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proposals based on client needs
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM discipline, reporting directly to the CRO
What Weβre Looking For
- 8+ yearsβ experience in Proptech or broader real estate-related B2B sales
- Proven success in demand generation, pipeline ownership, and closing new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated by new business development
- Comfortable working in a high growth, target driven environment
The Offer
- Β£120,000 base salary + commission (uncapped β realistic OTE Β£200k)
