Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 sales ownership as an individual contributor focused on new business.
- Own outbound prospecting and top of the funnel pipeline generation across the UK.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate.
- Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proposals based on client needs.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM discipline, reporting directly to the CRO.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in Proptech or broader real estate-related B2B sales.
- Proven success in demand generation, pipeline ownership, and closing new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly motivated by new business development.
- Comfortable working in a high growth, target driven environment.

- £120,000 base salary + commission (uncapped – realistic OTE £200k).
