- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of top sales talent, ensuring high performance and team success.
- Drive accurate sales forecasting, maintain CRM integrity, and collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation.
About You
- Extensive experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business.
- Strong ability to develop and refine productivity metrics and KPIs for optimising team performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and conducting product demonstrations.
The Package
- Competitive salary of up to £67,000, plus up to £40,000 in commission.
