N8 have been instructed on a specific senior search which represents a considerable and impactful move for a SaaS growth specialist, leading a small team in London for two or three days per week. This position requires someone coming from another SaaS growth focused role, ideally with a balance of sales, product and marketing.
The position will be primarily marketing focused (circa 65/70%) but it will need a considerable and noticeable amount of technical product exposure, linking very closely to sales. This role will be a genuine ‘linchpin’ role and a bridge between the marketing, product and sales functions.
The company in question is very recognisable and they have been operating in their current space for over a decade, but they are going through a period of growth and pivot. They have plans to scale from £10m to £50m ARR in the next couple of years, and they have the financial backing to do it.
They are a team which has scaled considerably recently, and you will work alongside a very strong marketing function of four people and a very capable engineering team also. The business is looking for the initial sales motion to be established, and a genuine GTM strategy to be put together, managing a number of product verticals from a commercial scaling perspective.
You will be someone who has worked within SaaS for a number of years, having managed a team. You will be someone with either product management history, or someone who has worked extremely closely with the product management function.
The role is not open for entirely remote working, so please do consider the two to three days in London as an essential requirement. The business has a very strong benefits package and the opportunity to be enrolled into a shares and equity equivalent cash scheme.
N8 Talent are acting as an exclusive senior search partner and will be reviewing each application individually.
