You\’ll be joining a team of ten in marketing operations already. The business is a B2B agency going from strength to strength, primarily focusing on businesses in the industrial, medical and manufacturing space. The way the organisation is run is very fluid, and there\’s almost zero \’red tape\’. You\’ll be given the opportunity to really own digital, and you\’ll a big part in how the team performs and develops for the future.
The beauty of this role is that unlike other agencies, they\’re part of a wider group… so you\’ll instantly have a number of B2B brands to work with, and to develop, from a digital marketing perspective. You\’ll be busy from day one, and they\’re looking to hire someone to assist you in the next 6 months…
Responsibilities, and what you\’ll already be comfortable with:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Analysis of digital across the client portfolio
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content, building of social presence and allocation of media spend
- Develop and manage website content, working closely with the video production function
- Production of content plan
Qualifications and what makes you a top candidate:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Ability to analyse and critique digital marketing operations
- Google Analytics and B2B social media essential
- Agency background would be very good, but inhouse B2B digital experience is valuable also
