Client Delivery Manager | SaaS Implementation / Client Success | London (Remote)

About the Role:
- You’ll take ownership of onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, acting as the bridge between technology and real-world delivery.
- This is a hands on delivery role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves as much as they enjoy stakeholder management.
- Lead multiple client implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Run discovery workshops to understand current processes and shape future workflows
- Configure the SaaS platform based on customer requirements (no coding, full no/low-code setup)
- Deliver training sessions to ensure adoption and confidence across stakeholders
- Manage expectations, flag risks early and solve challenges in real time
- Spot opportunities for growth and feed them into Client Success / Sales
- Act as the client voice internally, influencing future features and delivery processes
- You’ll be joining a delivery function that collaborates closely, iterates fast and gives you the autonomy to improve how things are done.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience managing software / change / digital implementation projects
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders from end users to execs
- Structured, organised and confident leading concurrent projects
- Naturally consultative, you guide, challenge and advise rather than just deliver tasks
- Experience delivering SaaS training or workshops is highly desirable
- Certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are useful but not essential
The Package:
- Salary Up to £55,000 plus bonus
- Fully remote (UK-based) with occasional travel for client workshops or internal meetups
