About the Role:
- You’ll take ownership of onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, acting as the bridge between technology and real‑world delivery.

- Experience delivering SaaS training or workshops is highly desirable
- Certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are useful but not essential
