We are partnering exclusively with a scaling global SaaS business based in London to find a highly experienced and revenue focused Head of Demand Generation. This is a great opportunity for a strategic leader to build and execute a robust demand generation function that directly impacts the company\’s growth trajectory and commercial targets.
This hybrid role requires you to be in the London office three days a week to collaborate with the team and build on existing commercial success from a campaigns perspective. The role offers very strong flexible working and an extremely strong corporate culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive, multi‑channel demand generation strategy to support ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead and optimize all campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Drive the creation and nurturing of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and manage the handover process to the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure campaigns are best in class for business needs.
- Analyze the full sales funnel and pipeline to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing influence.
- Manage projects, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement, utilizing a large marketing enablement function and working with a strong product marketing team.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience directing marketing campaigns, with at least three years in a B2B SaaS technology environment.
- Extensive hands‑on experience planning and launching demand generation initiatives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and email/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua.
- Firm grasp of MQL generation, lead scoring, and pipeline acceleration techniques.
- Strategic background with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
The business has scaled hugely in the last 24 months, and this role represents a step towards \’campaign refinement\’ and a heavier focus on marketing accountability for revenue generation. You will report to the CMO and have a close relationship with senior leadership.
