The Role:
- Support the creation and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to commercial goals
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive awareness, engagement and qualified lead generation
- Partner with sales and sector specialists to ensure marketing directly supports pipeline and revenue
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, social and events
- Own campaign coordination, timelines and delivery across priority sectors and international markets
- Contribute to shaping the foundations of a growing marketing function as the first full-time hire
You Will Have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, SaaS or services
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns end to end
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for senior business audiences
- Confidence using CRM and/or marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and interest in working closely with sales and commercial teams
