The Role:
A proven new-business “hunter” who can generate their own leads, build pipeline, and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle; prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing across a range of verticals where telecoms and tech intersect. Closing at enterprise level is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop your own book of business, cold calling, outreach, networking, and events.
- Lead full cycle sales engagements, closing deals from £40k to £250k+.
- Build long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design winning commercial proposals.
- Be a brand ambassador both digitally and in-person when visiting clients.
- Attend industry led events.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 4 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or telecoms.
- Demonstrated success in closing 5- and 6-figure deals regularly.
- A self-starter who thrives in a hunter role, creating and managing your own pipeline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with executive level gravitas.
- Experience or exposure to the telecoms sector is a strong advantage.
- UK-based and open to occasional client travel as needed.
The Offer:
- £55,000 - £70,000 base salary
- £55,000 uncapped commission – realistic first-year earnings of £120k–£140k+
