Overview
Are you a detail-obsessed designer with a passion for building beautiful, high-performing websites? We are looking for a Specialist Web Designer to join the N4 Studio team and help shape exceptional digital experiences. You’ll partner closely with our developers to design websites that not only look stunning but also deliver measurable impact for our clients. We combine creative vision with a strong understanding of user experience, accessibility, and performance-driven design. If you’re excited by the idea of creating world-class websites on Webflow and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible online, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing websites that align with brand identities and client objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Present design concepts to clients, explain rationale clearly, and refine work based on feedback.
- Apply best practices in UI/UX, ensuring every site is both visually stunning and easy to use.
- Stay current with web design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools.
- Help set and maintain N4 Studio\\\’s design quality benchmarks across all web projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and branding, preferably in a studio or agency setting
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal—you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- A strong portfolio showcasing cutting edge web design and branding work, with attention to detail and creativity
- Experience working collaboratively on design teams and juggling multiple projects or deadlines
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time well and adapt to shifting priorities
- Familiarity with responsive design, basic UI/UX principles, and an understanding of how designs are built in platforms like Webflow or WordPress
- Bonus: Experience or familiarity with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools
