About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will guide product discovery and development, aligning strategy with business objectives. You will influence and lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring our products meet customer and business needs, while balancing short‑term operational maintenance with long‑term strategic innovation.
Main Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Define and prioritize product requirements from market trends, UX research, and business objectives. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform long‑term strategy.
- Product Delivery & Cleanup: Own delivery of product improvements and lead operational cleanup initiatives such as customer migrations, licensing fixes, and stabilization work. Define and document product features and user stories, and work with engineering and QA to prioritize the backlog.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—development, design, UX research, marketing, and sales—to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. Negotiate scope and trade‑offs during cleanup and migration work.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive competitor and market research, identify strategic opportunities (including AI features), and create roadmaps that balance near‑term stabilization with long‑term value. Ensure the product team focuses on discovery and strategic initiatives.
- AI & Automation Prototyping: Rapidly ideate and create working prototypes using AI and automation tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable).
- Prioritization & Product Integrity: Make difficult prioritization calls, set and enforce clear product boundaries, and protect product integrity and long‑term customer value even under commercial or stakeholder pressure.
- Thought Leadership: Share industry insights, product best practices and innovative strategies across the organization.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 4 years product management experience, with at least 2 years as a Senior Product Manager.
- Prior experience working on a global SaaS product with customers and stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Proven use of AI/automation rapid‑prototyping tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable) to create functional prototypes and collaborate with engineering.
- Strong analytics skills: use data to monitor product performance and drive prioritization decisions.
- Analytical and decisive mindset; ability to make tough decisions, set priorities and defend product choices under pressure.
- Technical fluency, business acumen, stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to define OKRs and KPIs, and prototype with AI tools for ideation and rapid validation.
- Understanding of how product objectives relate to marketing, sales and finance and the ability to work effectively with those teams.
Desirable Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in product design, analytics/data science or engineering in addition to product management.
- Experience incorporating AI features into product roadmaps, designing AI‑driven UX, or shipping features built from AI prototypes.
- Experience launching and supporting products across multiple markets and working with international stakeholders, including localisation constraints.
