We are recruiting Talent Management Administrators to support our busy Talent Management Department over the summer by managing the daily administrative tasks associated with booking contractors for our marketing campaigns. You’ll be working in a fun, passionate and supportive team, and get exposure to lots of different types of brand activations. Full training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team by responding to emails regarding opportunities, expenses, campaign check ins, check outs
- Liaising with contractors in the field via our chatbot to provide quick, efficient answers to questions
- Answering inbound calls from Brand Ambassadors and dealing with queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal contractor database (BMS).
Role Details
- This is a fixed-term role, working full-time during the summer period (June to September), with the expectation of continuing to support weekend teams thereafter.
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week.
- Working pattern: 5 days per week, comprising:
- 4 weekdays (Monday to Friday), and
- 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday
- Following the summer period, the successful candidate will be expected to continue working weekends to support ongoing operational requirements.
- Good command of the English Language for verbal (among team and telephone contact with external clients) and written communication skills (for email communication)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Reliable and good team player
- Competent IT skills and able to use Outlook, WORD, and basic EXCEL
- Preferred: Some previous office work experience
- Happy to work in our lovely Maidenhead office
