We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality and delivery of field campaigns across a designated region, with a key focus on health and beauty activations in retailers such as Boots and Superdrug.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll visit stores and activation sites, coach Brand Ambassadors and other contractors, assess campaign standards, build strong relationships with store teams, and help ensure every activation is delivered to a high standard.
Essential Accountabilities
- Take ownership of quality and performance across field operations in your assigned region.
- Carry out regular quality assurance visits to stores and activation sites, assessing campaign execution, standards and contractor performance.
- Coach, support and provide clear feedback to Brand Ambassadors and other contractors to help them deliver excellent results.
- Liaise with store teams and site contacts to support smooth campaign delivery and strong working relationships.
- Gather and report feedback on contractor performance, campaign delivery, equipment use and site visits.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve contractor issues, report incidents, complete audits and support quality reviews.
- Support online and in‑person briefings to ensure contractors are confident, prepared and aligned with client expectations.
- Support recruitment and selection activity for Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors and Quality Assurance staff in your area.
- Represent N2O professionally in client interactions and contribute ideas to improve campaign quality and operational delivery.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting field‑based teams to improve performance.
- Background in quality assurance, training, event management, retail sales, field marketing or brand activation.
- Confident communication skills, including presenting to groups, writing reports and giving constructive feedback.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects.
- Ability to build effective relationships with contractors, internal teams, clients and retail partners.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, internal reporting systems, mobile technology and digital tools.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to work independently from home and on the road.
- Full UK driving licence and appropriate insurance for business use of a personal vehicle.
- Must be able to work
- Wednesday to Sunday each week
- Basic understanding of health and safety, Challenge 25, GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
