We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for leading, creating, developing and delivering award winning solutions for existing and prospective clients. Working as part of the Creative team, the role mixes creative flair, technical know-how and commercial awareness to create stand out consumer experiences in the digital and retail space.

Working in partnership with our clients, we use insight-led creative and brand experiences to engage with the right people and change what they think, feel and do. We apply 20 years of marketing experience to successfully deliver our clients’ requirements, across sectors including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail and technology. Our clients include household names such as Tesco, Coca-Cola and Superdrug.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting the team’s Creative Directors in ideating, developing, designing, and delivering creative solutions predominantly for our experiential clients.
- Ability to ideate, lead on projects – working closely with team seniors, strategist, our Creative Production Director as well as other departments, to achieve commercial and creative objectives.
- Ability to deep dive and craft a project, the experience, the narrative, the details that really make it special, also work with our visualisers and design team to bring your ideas to life.
- Keeping internal departments and project leads updated with progress.
- Supporting new business pitches, producing outstanding creative concepts that help to inspire and procure new clients.
- Enriching N2O’s capability of delivering creative solutions in the experiential world, OOH and at times in a retail environment.
Requirements:
- A passion for experiential, with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role within live activation/experiential focussed agency, including retail experiential, possibly theatre design.
- Demonstrable understanding of integrated work, translating brands beyond their advertising campaign and product into different channels.
- Openness to learn, collaborate, inspire and innovate.
- Be fluent in In-Design, Illustrator and other Creative Suite programmes, as well as MS Office.
- Ability to blend commercial awareness with passion and creative flair. Instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries and evolving brands.
- Live within commutable distance of our Maidenhead office (expected to travel there 3 x a week).
- Right to live and work in the UK.
