Our in-house Marketing and Communications team drives the voice, visibility and vision of N2O across B2B channels, championing our agency brand and its sub-brands.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of content at a growing agency with big ambitions. As the Content Manager, you will lead our content planning and delivery across all channels and manage the Digital Executive within the MarComms team. You’ll take ownership of what we publish, when and how, producing high-quality, insight-driven content that brings N2O’s expertise and point of view to life.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider MarComms team to ideate, plan and deliver thought leadership, campaign content and brand storytelling, while taking responsibility for increasing the pace and volume of output. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong editorial instinct with strategic thinking. Someone who can connect content to commercial objectives, shape narratives with purpose, and lead with confidence in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business priorities and campaigns.
- Create creative content ideas to support brand awareness, reputation, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Marketing team on strategic narratives and campaigns.
- Content Creation & Execution
- Write and edit diverse high-quality content reflecting brand voice.
- Interview stakeholders to craft engaging stories.
- Work with video and multimedia teams to produce varied content formats.
- Utilise tools like generative AI to enhance productivity and innovation.
- People Management
- Manage the Digital Executive, providing guidance, feedback, and supporting professional growth.
- Ensure quality and consistency across social media outputs.
- Content Ownership & Performance
- Maintain and update websites and campaign pages.
- Analyse content performance using GA4 and LinkedIn, optimising accordingly.
- Refresh and repurpose content to maintain relevance and SEO standards.
- Internal Communications
- Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters, to reflect company culture and values.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Experience managing content calendars and producing content in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong strategic thinking: able to connect content to commercial objectives, audience needs and brand positioning.
- Strong ideas-generation and planning abilities; confident taking a brief, finding an angle and shaping a narrative.
- Experience managing, mentoring or line-managing a junior team member.
- A pragmatic and productive mindset, with a willingness to embrace AI and digital tools to increase content velocity and variety.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency and brand alignment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships across departments.
- Familiarity with Webflow, GA4 and LinkedIn campaign tools.
- Awareness of content marketing in the B2B space, especially within creative or experiential sectors.
- Experience briefing or working with designers, video editors or freelance contributors.
- An understanding of SEO, keyword research and content optimisation.
- Comfort creating or scripting short-form video content for social and digital channels.
