Description
We're looking for a Retail Activation Manager / Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality and delivery of field campaigns across a designated region, with a key focus on health and beauty activations in retailers such as Boots and Superdrug.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll visit stores and activation sites across London, coach Brand Ambassadors and other contractors, assess campaign standards, build strong relationships with store teams, and help ensure every activation is delivered to a high standard.

Essential Accountabilities:
Take ownership of quality and performance across field operations in your assigned region.
Carry out regular quality assurance visits to stores and activation sites, assessing campaign execution, standards and contractor performance.
Coach, support and provide clear feedback to Brand Ambassadors and other contractors to help them deliver excellent results.
Liaise with store teams and site contacts to support smooth campaign delivery and strong working relationships.
Gather and report feedback on contractor performance, campaign delivery, equipment use and site visits.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve contractor issues, report incidents, complete audits and support quality reviews.
