The job

Do you have a passion for the beauty industry? We have an exciting opportunity for someone to bring a bit of sparkle and sequins to our Creative role. Working as part of the Creative leadership team you will take the lead on creating the very best creative work possible that deliver brand experiences for our beauty clients. You will get the opportunity to work with global brands and industry leaders and be part of a passionate, supportive and friendly team.

Role Summary – we will be looking for you to:

  1. Lead and inspire your creative team to produce outstanding creative work, continually raising the standard of digital and physical creative output across your client accounts.
  2. Oversee the development, delivery and overall quality of the creative output of your team and manage their day to day priorities.
  3. Manage, mentor and develop your team, cultivating an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth.
  4. Work closely with our Client Development Team to build strategic business partnerships with clients, inspiring and exciting them about our creative work and our delivery on their brand promise.
  5. Collaborate and align with our Campaign Managers, Strategy, Production and Social to provide integrated thinking and solutions to your clients.
  6. Support the Head of Creative in setting the creative vision and driving these behaviours through the entire creative and development process.
  7. Keep up to date with client developments and industry trends specifically digital in order to identify potential opportunities for N2O.

Requirements

  1. Be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the beauty industry.
  2. Minimum 2 years in a senior creative role i.e. Associate Creative Director, at least 8 years in an agency role or equivalent.
  3. Understand and evaluate client objectives and values, to help develop creative briefs and inspiration.
  4. Strong and demonstrable creative and conceptual leadership in projects, guiding and directing others to support your creative vision.
  5. Success with client facing work including presentation skills, constructive discussion, and finding solutions.
  6. Ability to manage and supervise multiple projects and people to meet objectives as well as budgets and timelines.
  7. Promote a positive creative culture and quality within the team, leading and mentoring others.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues alike.
  9. Worked with world-class beauty brands as well as lesser known, to understand the different needs and ways brands and clients behave.
  10. Able to commute readily to our Maidenhead Head Office.
