At N2O, we are seeking Field Operations Managers to work on a campaign for a leading vaping brand. The role is ideal for a motivated leader ready to manage a team and drive engagement with independent and symbol retail stores, securing campaign activations across your territory. This role is a hybrid of sales, relationship management, and team leadership, ensuring our activations are effectively executed while expanding retailer participation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team helping to drive sales and engagement targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, securing their participation in our campaign
- Strategically expand retailer locations, sometimes involving signing up the retail leads, to maximise logistics, stock and team performance
- Ensure smooth execution of activations, managing logistics, stock, and team performance
- Based in South West London and prepared to travel regularly throughout the Home Counties to support and visit Sales Representatives
- Working pattern is Tuesdays to Saturday.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or territory management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or brand activation
- Strong leadership and team management skills - experience managing field teams is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities - confident in engaging with independent retailers
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset, able to hit and exceed sales & activation targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in reporting, understanding sales / team performance reporting, and managing activation logistics
- UK Driving Licence and a vehicle is required, as the role involves travel within the designated territory
- Basic knowledge of vape and nicotine pouch products (training will be provided)
- Able to work Tuesday to Saturdays
- South West London-based (or nearby) with regular travel across the Home Counties required
