Our Marketing and Communications team drives N2O’s presence across B2B channels, supporting growth by creating compelling content that builds credibility and converts opportunities. As Senior Content Manager, you will lead content strategy and delivery for N2O and its retail sub-brands, shaping the agency’s commercial story. This senior role combines strategic editorial leadership with commercial insight, overseeing high-quality content across thought leadership, brand storytelling, campaigns, and new business pitches tailored to diverse audiences. You will manage the Digital Executive and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure content reflects N2O’s expertise, ambition, and unique value. This role is ideal for a commercially minded senior content professional who combines strategic thinking with outstanding writing: someone ready to take real ownership and make a tangible impact on agency reputation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Lead and evolve N2O’s content strategy to align with business priorities and commercial goals. Manage a content calendar across channels, sub-brands, and campaigns, balancing ongoing and strategic activities. Collaborate with Head of Marketing & Communications to shape narratives and identify thought-leadership opportunities. Use audience insights and performance data to continuously enhance content relevance and impact.
- Commercial Content & Pitch Narrative: Provide expert narrative input for pitches, tenders, and RFPs to ensure compelling, on-brand submissions. Work with Client Development, Strategy, Creative, and Operations to create persuasive written responses. Maintain a bank of case studies and proof points to speed up future submissions. Ensure alignment between commercial and marketing messaging for consistent agency narrative.
- Content Creation & Execution: Write and edit diverse content types (articles, blogs, social posts, case studies, emails, internal comms, website copy) reflecting N2O’s tone and brand. Interview stakeholders to extract unique insights and stories. Collaborate with designers and multimedia teams for rich content delivery. Use AI and automation tools strategically to enhance content quality and speed without compromising brand standards.
- People Management: Line-manage the Senior Digital & Social Executive with regular feedback and support. Review their work to ensure quality and consistency across social channels. Support their professional development and growth.
- Content Performance & Digital: Manage website and landing page content updates on Webflow for N2O and sub-brands. Own content performance reporting using GA4, LinkedIn, and other tools to optimise content. Apply SEO best practices and repurpose content to extend reach and relevance.
- Internal Communications: Contribute to internal communications, including the company newsletter and storytelling initiatives. Support a consistent internal voice reflecting N2O’s culture and values.
