N2O is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the team on a six month fixed-term basis at our Maidenhead Head Office. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions, be the first point of contact for general advice on HR policies and procedures, ensure accurate and timely processing of HR data and smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic and creative agency environment, working closely with the HR Director, Senior HRBP and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Offer first line guidance on HR policies and basic employment legislation
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
- Process life cycle events such as starters, leavers and change of circumstances
- Manage the HR team mailbox, answering queries or escalating where needed in a prompt manner
- Work with managers and cross functional teams to coordinate new starter inductions and deliver the new starter HR induction
- Support recruitment administration tasks such as coordinating interviews, sending offer letters, and tracking candidate progress
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis as required
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and confidentiality in handling HR information
- Undertake employee benefit administration
- Support with HR projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree or equivalent level with a passion for HR
- Ideally have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in HR administration
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in order to write letters, deliver induction presentations and advise line managers and employees on first line queries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR databases or HRIS systems is a plus
Available for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
