We’re seeking a talented Presentation Designer with 1–3 years’ experience to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Senior Marketing Designer and Marketing Communications Director to transform ideas, concepts, and data into visually compelling presentations that tell powerful stories and captivate audiences.
You’ll create high-impact presentations for client pitches, marketing campaigns, and business communications, leveraging the latest design and AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Design & Build Presentations: Help develop professional, visually stunning presentations for internal and external audiences, including pitches, reports, and campaign summaries.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues to understand project objectives and ensure all decks align with N2O’s brand, tone, and messaging.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft custom graphics, infographics, and layouts that bring data and concepts to life, supporting clear and engaging narratives.
- AI-Powered Design: Use AI-driven features (such as PowerPoint Designer, generative image tools, and smart content recommendations) to enhance visual quality, efficiency, and creativity.
- Enhance & Edit: Review, refine, and elevate existing presentations for clarity, visual appeal, and audience impact.
- Idea Generation: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorms and project kick-offs to continually push the standard of our presentations.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organise a library of templates and branded assets for consistent, efficient design across the team.
- Support Meetings & Events: Assist with preparing and organising presentation materials for key meetings and events.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a presentation design role.
- PowerPoint: Strong skills in PowerPoint with a keen understanding of layout, transitions, and interactive features.
- Design Fundamentals: Excellent grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- AI Curiosity: Interest in exploring and applying AI-powered design tools to elevate presentations and streamline workflow.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your presentation work and creative abilities.
