Our experienced team includes skilled engineers and apprentices, delivering both subcontracting and comprehensive project support services.
We are seeking a Construction Administrator to join our team on-site in Bradford. The role involves managing documentation and coordinating all administrative aspects of our construction projects. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth communication among projects
- General organisation
- Supporting project managers
- Maintaining comprehensive project records while ensuring compliance with standards and schedules
Qualifications:
- Construction administration skills, including the ability to monitor documentation and facilitate workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with project stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency in managing submittals and maintaining detailed project documentation
- Experience in scheduling and resource allocation

Working Hours and Rates of Pay:
Working hours will ideally be 8:00-16:30 initially 3 days per week. Working patterns can be discussed. Starting salary of Β£18,720 based on 24 hours per week.
