N0BS Members Club is a vetted, education-led community for founders, run by Sabrina Chevannes-Denman, International Chess Master, portfolio entrepreneur and the No Bullsh*t Entrepreneur. We run roughly five in-person events a month: co-working days, wellness sessions, workshops, book clubs, socials and dinners, largely at private members’ clubs and similarly good venues across London. Right now all of this is run personally by the founder. This role exists to take that over properly, on an ongoing basis.
N0BS runs flexibly and remotely by default. Planning, logistics, member and partner communications, and content editing can happen from anywhere, on your own schedule. The one thing this role has to show up for in person is the events themselves, because you can’t host a room or capture real content from home. So the shape of the job is flexible and remote for everything else, in person for events.
You’ll take ownership of the Club’s events programme and the content that promotes it: the day-to-day planning and logistics, showing up and hosting every event in person, turning what happens there into content across social media, and supporting the venue and partner relationships behind it all. The core relationships and venues are already in place; you’re not sourcing new venue deals from cold, you’re running the machine and doing it brilliantly, with real scope to grow into more of the partnerships side over time.
This is several jobs that need to live in one person: an events operator who can run smooth, well-organised sessions across very different formats; a warm, confident host members genuinely enjoy having in the room; a content creator who can capture and post what happens, so the events actually get seen, not just experienced; and someone who can, over time, take on more of the partner and venue relationship side.
We’d like this to be full-time, but we’re genuinely open to a flexible, part-time or day-rate arrangement for the right person. What matters is that the events get run brilliantly and the content gets made, not hours at a desk.
While the founder is on maternity leave, this role’s day-to-day responsibility increases to cover the events and communications work she currently handles herself, split with the Community Manager where it overlaps with ongoing community work. Once she’s back, the role continues as above, working alongside her.
The Perks of the Role
- You take part in the events as part of the job, not on a ticket you’ve paid for: book clubs, workshops with people who’ve actually built something, wellness sessions, dinners and socials. You’re in the room learning alongside members, not just running the clipboard.
- One day a month, the co-working space is yours to use as part of the role: a great excuse to get one‑on‑one content with members, or just to use it as your own workspace for the day. It’s optional.
- Lunch & learns are open to you too. Completely optional, but there’s a free lunch and something worth learning.
- You’ll be in some of London’s best private members’ clubs and venues multiple times a week, as a host, not a guest paying to be there. Food and drink at dinners and socials is part of the job.
- You’ll be building relationships with founders and interesting people constantly, a real network if you’re early in your career and want to be known for being good at exactly this kind of work. This is genuinely the ideal role for someone who’s into entrepreneurship themselves, not just someone who manages events for a living.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Events, logistics & partnerships
- – Planning and running roughly five events a month, across formats: co-working days, wellness events, workshops, book clubs, socials, dinners and lunches
- – Owning logistics for each: scheduling, venue coordination, member communications and the on-the-day running order
- – Working from existing venue relationships and contacts; running these day to day rather than sourcing new deals from cold, though the ability to do so is a plus
- – Being physically present and hands‑on at every event, making sure it runs smoothly start to finish
- – Hosting events in person: warm, confident and comfortable working a room of founders across a dinner table or workshop
- – Owning events and event content specifically. The Community Manager owns ongoing community management day to day; the two roles coordinate closely, and split the founder’s workload during maternity leave
Content & promotion
- – Capturing content at every event: phone-shot photos and video are genuinely fine
- – Getting overview‑style footage for reels, and running short member or guest interviews where it fits
- – Editing that content and posting it across the Club’s social channels, building anticipation before events and momentum after
- – Feeding content and highlights to the wider team for newsletters and other channels
What We Need
From You
- – Able to get into London for events regularly, including some evenings and weekends for dinners and socials; the rest of the role is flexible and remote
- – A natural host. You need to be genuinely comfortable and warm with a room of people you don’t know yet, not just capable of managing a run sheet
- – Organised and reliable. You’re running the operational side of five events a month with minimal oversight; things need to happen on time
- – Real content instincts. Comfortable shooting and editing simple, authentic phone content, and confident enough to be in front of camera occasionally for interviews
- – Comfortable managing social media, posting consistently and building genuine anticipation, not just uploading after the fact
- – Event planning or hospitality experience is a strong plus, as is prior content or social media experience or existing relationships with venues and brands; we’d rather have someone strong across all these areas than a specialist in just one
