Do you enjoy turning technical, compliance-led training into engaging, practical, confidence-building sessions that people actually remember and use on site?
Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt training delivery to suit diverse audiences and learning needs? If so, you should apply for our position of Cleaning Skills Trainer / BICSc Trainer for Nviro.
The Role:
- Job title: Technical Skills Trainer
- Location: Portsmouth
- Hours: Flexible hours - full or part-time
- Pay: £17.62 per hour (equals £34,500 p.a.) plus company van
The area: You will be overseeing and delivering technical cleaning skills training across sites in the South East of England (mainly London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight). As the Technical Skills Trainer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging, first-class technical skills training, ensuring that our diverse and multicultural service delivery colleagues are trained to the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will design and deliver a comprehensive technical training framework, continually improving how training is delivered to suit different learning styles, languages and experience levels, whilst ensuring accurate training records and robust reporting data is easily accessible, accurate and up to date. You will support Nviro's Service Management teams in the identification of site-specific and employee-specific training needs.
