Do you have sound experience as a Service Manager or an Account Manager in the Contract Cleaning industry or hospitality, either for a single site or an area, and are looking for your next challenge? Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills, experience working with KPIs and budgets and the ability to build outstanding relationships with customers and clients in a fast-paced environment?
If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our position of Service Manager for our contracts in West Sussex:
- Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- Salary package: £42,500 p.a. plus commission
The contract: You will look after further education colleges in West Sussex and an office and data centre in Crawley and work with a team of Area Cleaning Managers and Site Manager.
As our Service Manager for our contracts in West Sussex, you will play a key role as we strive to be a supply partner of choice, seen as experts in providing excellent service delivery and trusted consultative advice. As the technical expert for the cleaning solution across your sites, you will be comfortable with reviewing site performance against contract requirements, addressing escalated issues, and supporting the management team with workforce planning and team management.
Site visits and client meetings are a core part of the role, focusing on maintaining strong relationships, resolving operational issues and ensuring service quality meets contractual and legislative requirements. You will build excellent working relationships with customers and clients to ensure contract satisfaction and contract retention are maximised.
You will also monitor the financial performance of your contracts. This includes monitoring budgets, overseeing payroll and ensuring profit and loss targets are achieved. You will ensure that your teams are supported, services are delivered to the highest standard, and client satisfaction is sustained.
