Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced and motivated waste water field service engineer, to join our small family run team based in Dorset, covering the South West.

The role will involve carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs, along with reactive call outs covering a wide range of different waste water treatment plants, sewage and storm water pumping stations and associated equipment. The type of systems we cover range from a single domestic property up to large scale commercial properties, which provides a varied role. The candidate will need to be able to carry out works in a professional and friendly manner, dealing with clients when on-site and reporting to the office. The ideal candidate for the position will have an extensive knowledge and experience working with the leading manufacturers systems, including Kingspan Klargester, Clearwater, KEE Process, PremierTech Aqua, Graf, WPL/WCS, Tricel along with others. Also, good knowledge & experience of packaged pumping stations and control systems. Wherever possible we aim to carry out a first-time fix, fault finding to rectify any issues with a system and providing a more reliable solution. The role will be based from our office in West Dorset.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out servicing & repairs of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pumps and air compressors and associated equipment.
Completing digital job sheets for each visit, logging photographs of work completed, any parts used and further works required via a smartphone.
Attending to reactive call outs in the event of a breakdown, to identify any faults and carry out repairs to get systems back in good working order.
Commissioning of new systems in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
Completing repairs and refurbishments of existing systems.
You will need to be able to carry out work alone or as part of a team.
Keeping van stock replenished, to ensure that the correct parts are available for jobs.
A company van, equipped with tools and spares will be provided.
All uniform and PPE will be provided.
A mobile phone will be provided.
28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License
At least 5 years' experience working in off-mains drainage on sewage treatment plants and pumping stations, either with a manufacturer or an independent service provider. References will be required from previous employers.
Good knowledge of pump station and treatment plant controls panels, experience in fault finding and repairs. xiskglj

Medium Risk Confined Spaces
Electrical - 18th Edition, Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
First Aid Training
EUSR SHEA Water or Drains
Asbestos Awareness
47.5 working hours per week, overtime and out of hours cover will be required on some occasions.
