Your role at N-Sea:

  • As Quality Assurance Advisor, you play a critical role in safeguarding and strengthening our Business Management System (BMS), certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • You ensure our systems are compliant, effective, and closely aligned with our operational reality; supporting projects, tenders, and day-to-day excellence across the business.
  • You will work closely with Process Owners, project teams, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted quality partner who translates standards into practical, value-adding processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to design and optimize process maps, procedures, and guidance documentation.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide clear performance insights.
  • Develop, coordinate, and participate in internal audits.
  • Prepare for and support external, certification, and client audits.
  • Manage nonconformities and corrective actions from root cause analysis to follow-up.
  • Support management reviews with strong data analysis and insights.
  • Contribute quality input and documentation for tenders and project execution.
  • Identify recurring issues and champion continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
  • Stay informed on ISO developments and industry best practices.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification.
  • Proven experience with ISO-certified management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Excellent written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to work across functions.
