Your role at N-Sea: As Quality Assurance Advisor, you play a critical role in safeguarding and strengthening our Business Management System (BMS), certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. You ensure our systems are compliant, effective, and closely aligned with our operational reality; supporting projects, tenders, and day-to-day excellence across the business. You will work closely with Process Owners, project teams, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted quality partner who translates standards into practical, value-adding processes.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the Business Management System (BMS)
- Collaborate with Process Owners to design and optimize process maps, procedures, and guidance documentation
- Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and provide clear performance insights
- Develop, coordinate, and participate in internal audits
- Prepare for and support external, certification, and client audits
- Manage nonconformities and corrective actions from root cause analysis to follow-up
- Support management reviews with strong data analysis and insights
- Contribute quality input and documentation for tenders and project execution
- Identify recurring issues and champion continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Stay informed on ISO developments and industry best practices
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification
- Proven experience with ISO-certified management systems
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Excellent written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to work across functions
