Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Retail Supervisor to join our team in Bicester. This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff
- Managing the sales floor
- Maintaining store presentation
- Assisting with product displays
- Providing detailed knowledge of our Cashmere products to enhance the customer experience
- Supporting performance goals and contributing to the overall success of our retail location
Qualifications:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and merchandising
- Excellent knowledge of products and passion for luxury fashion, ideally with experience in Cashmere or similar high-end materials
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to actively engage with customers and team members
- Commitment to providing a premium customer service experience, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexible availability to meet the demands of a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
