Key Responsibilities Drive sales in partnership with the management team and support the achievement of store targets and KPIs, including conversion, ATV and UPT. Lead by example, delivering a warm, personalised customer experience and inspiring the team to do the same. Motivate, mentor and coach Sales Associates through regular product knowledge, service and selling-skills training. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, encourage customer data capture and inspire loyalty to the N.Peal brand. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing, POS accuracy, stock management, replenishment and loss prevention. Maintain exceptional store and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the management team in implementing effective retail processes. Take ownership in the absence of management, providing confident leadership and store cover when required. Handle products with care and professionalism, ensuring every customer journey is memorable. What Were Looking For Previous supervisory experience in a luxury fashion retail environment, with a strong track record in personal selling and customer relationships. A hands-on, positive leadership style with the confidence to motivate others and lead from the front. Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of retail KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. A professional, reliable and team-focused approach, with maturity, integrity and strong attention to detail. The ability to adapt, take initiative, manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
