Key Responsibilities · Drive sales in partnership with the management team and support the achievement of store targets and KPIs, including conversion, ATV and UPT. · Lead by example, delivering a warm, personalised customer experience and inspiring the team to do the same. · Motivate, mentor and coach Sales Associates through regular product knowledge, service and selling-skills training. · Build and maintain long-term client relationships, encourage customer data capture and inspire loyalty to the N.Peal brand. · Support daily store operations, including opening and closing, POS accuracy, stock management, replenishment and loss prevention. · Maintain exceptional store and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. · Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the management team in implementing effective retail processes. · Take ownership in the absence of management, providing confident leadership and store cover when required. · Handle products with care and professionalism, ensuring every customer journey is memorable.
What We're Looking For · Previous supervisory experience in a luxury fashion retail environment, with a strong track record in personal selling and customer relationships. · A hands-on, positive leadership style with the confidence to motivate others and lead from the front. · Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of retail KPIs. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. · A professional, reliable and team-focused approach, with maturity, integrity and strong attention to detail. · The ability to adapt, take initiative, manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. · Experience using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems. · Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
