The Role
This is a unique hybrid role combining hands-on operational support with infrastructure architecture and tech projects . You won't be siloed into one boring task; you will help maintain uptime for high-frequency trading desks, investigate security vulnerabilities, and work directly on automating workflows.
Over time, you will be given the autonomy to take full ownership of your own technical disciplines (Principal Areas) based on your strengths and interests.
Who Are They Looking For?
They are completely open on your background. You could be a Computer Science graduate with virtually no commercial experience, or an engineer with 1–3 years of professional experience under your belt.
