N-iX is a global software development service company that helps businesses across the globe create next-generation software products. Founded in 2002, we unite 2,400+ tech-savvy professionals across 40+ countries, working on impactful projects for industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Our expertise spans cloud, data, AI/ML, embedded software, IoT, and more, driving digital transformation across finance, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, and other industries.

We’re on a mission to help N-iX engineering teams unlock the power of GenAI in their daily work. To do that, we’re building a team of GenAI Adoption Leaders. This isn’t a role for someone who already “knows it all.” GenAI adoption is still new, and part of your job will be to experiment, learn, and share discoveries. If you’ve already explored tools like Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or played with prompt engineering, you’ll feel right at home. We value curiosity and potential as much as experience. If you’re an engineer with the spark to try, fail fast, and learn – and you want to help others do the same – this is a rare opportunity to grow alongside a pioneering team.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment & embed AI into workflows: Test AI in real coding, then show teams what works.
  • Own a specialization, work as a team: Each adoption leader brings expertise (e.g., QA, backend, DevOps, data, PM/BA), but we cross-collaborate to cover the full SDLC.
  • Hands-on enablement: Lead workshops, live demos, and pairing sessions where engineers learn by doing.
  • Prototype & adapt: Build lightweight tools, prompts, and playbooks that evolve as we learn.
  • Consult across accounts: Every client has its own restrictions and resistance. You’ll help find the right adoption path for each.
  • Measure what matters: Track adoption impact – not just with metrics like DORA/SPACE, but also in human terms: faster feedback loops, fewer repetitive tasks, happier engineers.
  • Contribute to a shared journey: Turn lessons into reusable playbooks and success stories that scale across hundreds of teams.

Requirements

  • Engineering foundation: Solid background in one area or more areas (Backend: Java or .NET, Frontend, Architecture).
  • Curiosity & experimentation: You’ve already tried GenAI tools – or at least shown initiative in exploring how they could help in your work.
  • Early adopter mindset: Comfortable experimenting and learning in areas where the answers aren’t fully known yet.
  • Change leadership: Experience introducing new tools or processes into teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to tailor approaches to different client rules, compliance needs, and maturity levels.
  • Bonus: Strong communication skills for winning over skeptics and making adoption feel safe and practical.

What success looks like

  • Teams experiment with 2–3 new AI-powered practices within the first 3 months.
  • Clear improvements in delivery speed, quality, and developer experience.
  • Engineers feel empowered (not replaced) and start driving adoption ideas themselves.
  • You and your peers shape a growing library of GenAI playbooks for the entire company.
  • Be part of a 6–7 person pioneer team building the playbook for GenAI adoption across client accounts.
  • Specialize, but grow broadly: You’ll own your focus area while collaborating across functions (QA, DevOps, backend, etc.).
  • Gain rare, career-defining experience leading GenAI adoption at scale in an outsourcing context – skills that will define engineering leadership in the next decade.
  • Grow your own skills while helping 1,700 engineers upskill too – it’s a team journey, not a solo mission.

We’re not looking for finished experts. We’re looking for explorers, builders, and early adopters who want to shape the future of engineering with GenAI. If that sounds like you – apply now and let’s build it together.

We offer:

  • Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
  • A competitive salary and good compensation package
  • Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)
  • Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing
