Summary
We\’re seeking an Administrator to support our Civils Project Manager and Streetworks Manager at our Wakefield office.

Key Responsibilities
- Raising permits required for works
- Requesting and uploading safe dig packs onto the system
- Preparing workpacks for civils teams and ensuring they are on the system at least 48 hours before work begins
- Maintaining the civils program and scheduling team capacity
- Checking and approving paperwork upon work completion to maximize billing
- Managing records, payments/POs, updating CRM and databases, and creating job packs for field teams
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder liaising
- Self-motivated with ownership of tasks and ability to work in a busy environment
