As an Early Years Educator you’ll be the heartbeat of your playroom – nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. What you’ll be doing…
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have...
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
- Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service

This position is Monday to Friday 20 hours per week 11:00am to 3:00pm. Join our incredible team at this vibrant 55-place nursery, perfectly located in the heart of Weybridge town centre, Surrey. Getting here is a breeze! Just a 9-minute ride on the 515 bus from Weybridge Station, or a 20-minute walk if you fancy the stroll. Local off-road parking is also available nearby.
