Your role

As a Flexi Bank Educator at N Family Club, you’ll spark creativity, curiosity, and growth – guiding every child to dream big, think independently, and explore the world with confidence. You’ll bring flexibility and energy to your work, helping the nursery cover varied shift patterns to provide the best education to children in all age groups. Every day will bring something new, and your dedication will help us become the most loved early years education group in the UK.

Your key responsibilities

  • Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
  • Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Our Flexi Bank Educators should have

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
  • Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
  • A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
  • A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
  • Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
  • A solutions-driven approach to problems.
  • A love for customer service.
