Department: Nursery Education Location: Walthamstow, London Compensation: £29,750 – £33,280 / year Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone plays as a team and can achieve their full potential, promoting the N Family Club culture and values Overall responsibility for the delivery of our \’learning through play’ educational ethos and the N Curriculum within your room; Be responsible for the pattern of the daily routine, managing sufficient ratios and rotas within the room; Model outstanding care and education; Support your team in delivering high-quality observations, assessments and planning for the children within your care; Support your team in creating outstanding environments and practice both indoors and outdoors; Drive a continuous improvement culture; Ensure smooth management of key transition periods such as sleep times, mealtimes, and outings; Lead and support adherence to all policies and procedures; Work with your team to deliver outstanding learning experiences; Lead daily team meetings and provide regular feedback; Promote professional development through coaching and learning opportunities; Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents; Champion safeguarding procedures and child welfare; Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained; Adhere to health and safety policies and conduct regular checks; Lead behavioral safety frameworks and promote a positive, diverse environment; Work flexibly within nursery hours (7:00 am – 7:00 pm) and attend out-of-hours meetings as needed; Always adhere to the company\’s H&S policy and lead by example in educational excellence.
