What you’ll be doing…
- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children; build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have…
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train; up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Once a bustling police station, now our 103‑place N Barnet nursery located in the heart of Barnet, North London. Getting here is easy: just an 8‑minute walk from New Barnet station, with plenty of parking available on site for our team.

16 hour contract, Monday and Tuesday full days.
