Your Role as a Change-Maker
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
- Inspire Excellence: Lead a high-performing team of Educators to deliver our bespoke N Pedagogy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: At least 2 years as a Nursery Manager (experience with large or multi-sites is a huge plus).
- Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
- Mindset: A "people person" who excels at hiring, retaining and coaching top talent.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, commercial awareness and safeguarding.
