You’ll bring flexibility and energy to your work, helping the nursery cover varied shift patterns to provide the best education to children in all age groups. Your key responsibilities:

  • Cover our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times.
  • Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed.

Our Flexi Educators should have:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
  • Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.
  • A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
  • A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
  • Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
  • A solutions-driven approach to problems.
  • A love for customer service.
