Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Compensation: £26,437 - £26,957 / year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
- Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
- Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.

- You don’t need previous experience in a similar role, just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
- The drive to complete your full induction and take up opportunities for further training and development, including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and the opportunity to gain a Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification.
