Compensation: £30,243 - £40,706 per year

As a Front of House Manager at N Family, you’ll:

  • Be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children every day and being their go-to contact.
  • Make sure our Parent Breakfast Bar is well-stocked and looking great every morning.
  • Stay on top of emails, session changes, and tour bookings to support families.
  • Help new children settle in so they feel safe, happy, and confident.
  • Support the kitchen and cleaning teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Make sure the nursery is safe, clean, and well-maintained throughout the day.
  • Handle daily operations like schedules, invoices, and supplies so everything runs seamlessly.
  • Monitor occupancy, waiting lists, and notices to keep families informed and up to date.
  • Assist with Family Club events and newsletters to engage parents and foster community.
  • Lead by example in care, safety, and teamwork, supporting your team when needed.

Our Front of House Managers should have:

  • Experience in prioritising and multitasking under pressure.
  • Knowledge of managing budgets and procurement needs.
  • Great IT skills and willingness to develop them, using the Google suite daily.
  • A solid decision-maker, capable of supporting and achieving our Wildly Important Goals.
  • A background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • A love for building and maintaining strong parent partnerships.
  • A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
  • The ability to manage workload and deliver results.
