As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
  • Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
  • Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
