What you’ll be doing…
- Inspire learning through our play‑based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children, and build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have…
- Experience working with children in an early‑years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train, up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service

This position is Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 11:00am to 3:00pm. Getting here is a breeze! We’re just a short walk from London Road station—and yes, there’s plenty of parking on site too.
