As an Assistant Educator at N Family, you’ll support your team in creating an inspirational environment that delivers the best care and education – guiding every child to dream big, think independently, and explore the world with confidence. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving nursery, you'll learn from experienced educators, understand the different needs of all the children in your care, and help bring our N Curriculum to life as you grow and develop in your role.
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development.
- Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
- Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice.
- Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
Our Assistant Educators should have:
